To tax (from the Latin taxo; "I estimate", which in turn is from tangō; "I touch") is to impose a financial charge or other levy upon a taxpayer (an individual or legal entity) by a state or the functional equivalent of a state such that failure to pay is punishable by law. Taxes are also imposed by many subnational entities. Taxes consist of direct tax or indirect tax, and may be paid in money or as its labour equivalent (often but not always unpaid). Crack and Alcohol, Obama wants the taxpayer to pay the mortgages of the people who a large percentage of them could have made their payments if they had chosen to over the drugs and alcohol? If i did not get reported two or three times a day i would think the Obama suporters had all left the site. I have not forgotten anyone but i know people who could have made their payments but the drugs and alcohol were the most important. My debt is 8 yrs old, and I want to have it declared Uncollectable, then use the Taxpayer Advocacy personnell to help me file an Offer In Compromise, or attempt to have the debt reduced to an amount I can handle with a payment plan.
